Yes. The workshop is suitable for every body, regardless of age, gender, or prior dance experience. The goal isn't to "dance beautifully" — it's to move in tune with your body, emotions, and personal needs.
That's completely natural. We don't start with free dance — we enter the process gradually: breathing exercises, relaxation, warm-up, and only then flow into movement. By that point something has already opened, the thoughts quiet down, and the shared dance begins to sweep you naturally.
Many participants leave with inner quiet, a sense of relief and release, self-connection, a feeling of togetherness, and satisfaction. You also gain practical tools to take into your daily life.
For those who come with closed cynicism, or without willingness to open up to the experience, process, or change. You don't need to "believe" in anything beforehand, but it's important to come with curiosity and willingness to try.
Personal guidance processes, Zoom sessions or recorded lessons, one-time workshops, a 10-session deep dive & creation course, and a nature day retreat.
In private sessions, the content and guidance are precisely tailored to personal needs, with the option for deep, focused work. A workshop is a powerful, unique, concentrated group experience.
Yes. Private workshops are available throughout Israel. Pricing varies based on group size, location, and event details.

There are in-person and online sessions. Some workshops take place at a studio in Tel Aviv and some in nature. Private sessions are at the studio or at the client's home.
A workshop is about two hours. A private session is one to one and a half hours.
Usually 8 to 10 participants. I value maintaining a personal touch even in workshops — intimacy, a safe space, and real interaction between participants.
Cancel up to 2 weeks before — full refund. Up to 5 days before — 50% refund. After that — no refund. You may transfer your spot to someone else.
Workshops require no fitness or flexibility. Sessions are open to those with no prior background. You can also book personalized private sessions for goals like improving fitness, flexibility, and strength.
The sessions are movement-based throughout. Through movement we meet ourselves, deepen our inner listening, and sometimes reach meaningful insights. It's not a clinical therapeutic framework, but an emotional-movement space that allows connection, expression, and release.
Yes. Once a month there's a women-only session, and you can also book a workshop for a closed group. Couples workshops are also available.
