My Story

Hila Levite

I don't separate dance from life. For me they always go together. When I dance I'm alive, and when I live I'm in movement. It's been this way for as long as I can remember.

I've danced on stages in Israel and around the world — with Vertigo Dance Company, at the American Dance Festival, in the streets of Colombia. In Colombia I discovered something the Western world has forgotten: dance is first and foremost joy. Not competition, not criticism — joy. Everyone dances there, every age and every body.

Today I guide people through Healing Movement. What matters most to me — that everyone who comes feels completely at ease. Knowing no one is judging them. This is your playground, your time. Listen to yourself first, then — move.

We're all children. And it's fun. We need to remind ourselves of that

To change something in the body, we first need to change something in our thinking — and vice versa

Through difficulty and pain we rise higher — like in flexibility, you have to surrender

Healing Movement Workshops

Healing Movement Workshops

A ~2-hour group workshop for 8-10 participants. The journey includes breathing exercises, guided relaxation with imagery, warm-up with nature metaphors, intuitive dance moving between different states of awareness and emotion, shared celebratory dance, and a closing relaxation. Every workshop is different — Hila responds intuitively to the group's needs in real-time. Suitable for every body, no prior dance experience needed.

Deep Dive & Creation Course

Deep Dive & Creation Course

A 10-session course + 2 sessions in nature, for people with movement and performance experience. Intimate group of 8-10 participants, admission by personal interview. Covers: Healing Movement method principles, free creative space, movement quality improvement, self-development tools and techniques, boosting self-confidence, improving communication skills, and personal coaching for each participant.

Private Sessions

Personalized 1-1.5 hour sessions tailored precisely to your needs. Content can include: dance technique, strength and stability, flexibility, injury rehabilitation, contact improvisation, afrobeat, coaching, or private healing movement. My teaching method is what matters — working on the physical AND mental-emotional simultaneously. To change something in the body, we first need to change something in our thinking, and vice versa.

Yes. The workshop is suitable for every body, regardless of age, gender, or prior dance experience. The goal isn't to "dance beautifully" — it's to move in tune with your body, emotions, and personal needs.
That's completely natural. We don't start with free dance — we enter the process gradually: breathing exercises, relaxation, warm-up, and only then flow into movement. By that point something has already opened, the thoughts quiet down, and the shared dance begins to sweep you naturally.
Many participants leave with inner quiet, a sense of relief and release, self-connection, a feeling of togetherness, and satisfaction. You also gain practical tools to take into your daily life.
Cancel up to 2 weeks before — full refund. Up to 5 days before — 50% refund. After that — no refund. You may transfer your spot to someone else.
