DEEP DIVE

Deep Dive & Creation Course

10 sessions · 8–10 participants · Admission by interview

01

About the Course

The deep dive course is a 10-session journey — 8 in the studio and 2 in nature. It's designed for people who already know their body, who want to go deeper: to explore, create, face blocks, and emerge with a personal creation.

The group is small — 8 to 10 participants — because I want to see each person. The method combines technique, improvisation, breathwork, guided imagery, and partner work. The course ends with a personal solo creation and sharing in nature.

The course is designed for experienced dancers and movers seeking real depth.

Course Structure

01

The Body as Home

Opening session — getting to know the group, body scan, building a shared language. What does your body know that you don't?

02

Breath & Movement

Deep connection between breath and movement — how breath dictates rhythm, dynamics, and space. Intensive floor work.

03

Guided Imagery & Body

Using guided imagery as a tool for creating movement. What happens when the body responds to internal images?

04

Contact & Trust

Working in pairs and trios — weight, listening, letting go of control. Where does trust begin in the body?

05

Movement in Nature — Session 1

Leaving the studio. Dancing with trees, wind, earth. The body responds differently when the space changes.

06

Personal Creation

Three sessions of building a personal solo — from the first impulse through processing, editing, and structure. Each participant creates their own piece.

07

Movement in Nature — Sharing & Release

Closing session in nature. Sharing creations, group feedback, and closing the circle. What do you take with you?

Admission

Admission is by personal interview.

Before registration, we'll schedule a short conversation to get acquainted, understand your movement background, and ensure the course is right for you. It's not a test — it's getting to know each other. I want to build a group that works together.

Ready to Dive In?

The first step is a short introductory conversation. We'll talk, get to know each other, and see if this is the right fit.
